GREAT!!! Here is all the information you’ll need to know on how we get our precious cargo direct to your door.

We offer four (4) main levels of shipping service:

BASIC SHIPPING ~ $10

Basic shipping uses express mail and often arrives in roughly three days (No Guarantee unless you order Guaranteed Stealth Shipping below). 

Basic shipping packages are sent with a tracking code which will be in your shipping email and will also be available in your account area after you have completed the order and it has been dispatched.

GUARANTEED STEALTH SHIPPING ~ $20

Guaranteed Stealth delivery uses a variety of methods where the seeds that are shipped, are hidden discreetly in an unrelated item and shipped using the fastest delivery options available . Our stealth methods offer piece of mind that room mates (or anyone else) won’t know what’s in the package.

This means that if your items do not reach you for whatever reason we will resend the whole order to you again totally free of charge.

Our tracking systems mean that your package may require a signature when it arrives. If you want the security of guaranteed shipping but do not want to sign for it, just add a note in the comments box when checking out to let us know. If for any reason items sent with guaranteed shipping do not show as delivered within a 20 business day timescale these will be re-sent at no cost. Please note that this will not apply if the shipping information supplied by you when you ordered was incorrect.

EXPRESS GUARANTEED SHIPPING ~ $25

Available to all customers that spend over $100 and are located in the US. Our Express Guaranteed shipping option means you will get your seeds within 1-5 working days from placing the order. All seeds will be packaged in a branded mylar envelope with crush-proof packaging inside a shipping box for protection.

All Express Guaranteed orders are guaranteed to arrive within 1-5 working days. In particularly busy periods such as Christmas this could take up to 7 days. If the order does not reach you we will resend the order completely free of charge! Please note that this will not apply if the shipping information supplied by you when you ordered was incorrect.

All Express Guaranteed packages are sent with a tracking code which will be in your shipping confirmation email and will also be available in your account area after you have completed the order and it has been dispatched.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on larger orders to save you money.

If you are in the USA all you need to do is spend more than $250 and your order will be sent to you completely free of shipping charges. We currently offer our products in the USA exclusively, check the Seedbanks page for companies that carry our seeds outside of the USA. 

Free shipping packages are sent with a tracking code which will be in your shipping email and will also be available in your account area after you have completed the order and it has been dispatched. We do not offer delivery guarantees with free shipping.

FAQ SHIPPING QUESTIONS

How long will my order take to get to me?

 

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

  • Orders are sent First Class (often requiring a signature, please send a request in the comment box on your order if you do not want a signature to be required) or Special Delivery. Items should be delivered within 1-3 days in most cases.

The vast majority (but not all) orders are sent with tracking so you can follow your orders progress to your door.

You can find your tracking code in your shipping email or in your account section under the “orders” section.

 

Return Policy

 
We send all orders in protective crush proof packaging and stealth items are sent inside an unrelated product to make them even safer from heavy handed mailmen and prying eyes!
 
If, however, your seeds do not arrive in perfect condition you must contact us within 7 days to let us know. Please use our contact form on the Contact Page.
 
Please keep all the packaging and be aware we will need to see a clear photo of the damaged goods, in their original packaging.
 
Once we have received this information and we agree it was damaged on route we will dispatch your replacement order the same day, completely free of charge.
 
Please note that our seeds are fresh, hand selected, premium products, but they are still a 100% natural product and as such, if you are fortunate enough to live in an area where it is 100% legal to germinate these we cannot guarantee all items will do so.
 
We do not offer returns on products under any other circumstance.
